Voxiplan offers flexible pricing options to suit various business needs. Our plans are divided into two main categories:
- Subscription Plans: These include features like unlimited appointments, calendar syncing with Google, iCloud, Outlook, and Office 365, as well as customizable event notifications. There are two main subscription tiers: Basic and Premium, each with additional features at different price points.
- Pay-Per-Use Pricing: For the Phone and AI Assistant, Voxiplan charges based on actual usage. Fees are broken down into service, assistant, and telecom fees. This allows you to only pay for what you use, such as when appointments are booked, canceled, or rescheduled.

Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is ideal for businesses that need efficient appointment scheduling and basic automation features. Here's what it includes:

- Single Channel (Phone):Use a phone menu (IVR) to assist customers with options such as:

Premium Plan
The Premium Plan is designed for businesses that need more advanced features, including multichannel communication and branding control. It includes everything in the Basic plan, plus:
- Remove Voxiplan Branding: Customize your booking page by removing Voxiplan's branding.
- Redirect After Booking: Redirect your customers to a specific page after they complete a booking.
- Conferencing Services Integration: Seamlessly connect with conferencing platforms for virtual meetings.
- Collect Payments via Stripe: (Coming soon) Accept payments directly through your booking page.
- Webhooks: (Coming soon) Automate workflows by sending booking data to other systems using webhooks.
