Voxiplan offers a pay-per-use pricing model for its Phone and AI Assistants. This ensures that you only pay for the value your assistant brings, whether it's scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments.
Here's how it works:
What is a Task and How Are They Charged?
A task is defined as any communication that takes place between your assistant and a user, initiated by the user. A task session lasts up to 24 hours from the most recent interaction. This means that all interactions within that 24-hour window are grouped together into a single task. If a user comes back and engages with your assistant within 24 hours of starting the conversation, it still counts as only one task.
- First 50 task each month are free and included in your subscription.
- After the first 50 tasks, additional tasks are charged on top of your plan. For more information on the fees per task, use the Assistant Pay-per-Use widget on our pricing page to estimate your task fees.
This task-based charging helps keep costs predictable and manageable, especially for businesses with fluctuating interaction volumes.
What is the Appointment Fee?
The appointment fee applies only when the assistant successfully manages appointments—whether it's booking, canceling, or rescheduling. The cost per appointment decreases as the volume of appointments increases.
For example:
- The first 100 appointments may be charged at a fixed rate.
- As the number of appointments grows, the cost per appointment decreases, making it more affordable for businesses with higher booking volumes.
Separating the task fee from the scheduling fee ensures that you only pay when the assistant effectively took the manual work of managing appointments off your hands.
